Jacqui Garcia

Jacqui brings over 30 years of experience in billing and medical management to our team. She has been a valued member of EARS, Inc. since 1999, developing extensive knowledge and skills across multiple departments throughout her tenure. Jacqui specializes in insurance billing for hearing aids and is always happy to assist patients with questions or provide guidance through the billing process. In addition to her administrative expertise, she has served as a medical scribe for the past five years, working closely with providers and patients to ensure accurate documentation and seamless care. She truly enjoys connecting one-on-one with patients and supporting their individual needs. A native of Santa Clara County, Jacqui attended Los Gatos High School before following in her mother’s footsteps into the medical field. Outside of work, she is deeply family-oriented and cherishes time spent with her husband, two children, extended family, and close friends. She is also a wonderful cook who loves entertaining family and friends in her home.
